Online, the photo is the product

In a store, people pick things up. They feel the weight, check the stitching, read the label and look at the back. Online, they can only look at what you show them. Every question your photos don't answer becomes a reason to hesitate, open another tab or buy from someone else. And when photos oversell the product, you get the other cost: returns and bad reviews.

Then there are the rules. Marketplaces like Amazon have strict main-image requirements, including a pure white background, and listings that don't meet them can be suppressed. Shopify themes look broken when every product image is a different shape. Google Shopping has its own image policies. A set of nice photos that ignores all that ends up being reshot.

We shoot each product to sell it and to pass the rules

Every product gets a planned image set: the clean main image for search results, then the supporting shots that close the sale. We look at your reviews, return reasons and competitor listings to find what buyers keep asking, then make sure a photo answers it. Before the shoot we check the current image requirements for each channel you sell on, so files are ready to upload without rejection.

01

Marketplace-ready main images

Clean, evenly lit shots on pure white, framed to current Amazon and Google Shopping guidelines and consistent across your whole catalog.

02

Detail and scale

Close-ups of texture, materials, ports, seams and labels, plus shots that show size in a hand or next to familiar objects.

03

Lifestyle in context

The product in use, in a real setting, so buyers can picture it in their own kitchen, gym, office or car. These also double as ad and social creative.

04

Consistent across the catalog

Same angles, lighting and aspect ratio for similar products, so your collection pages look clean and your store looks like one brand.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot

What are Amazon's main image requirements?

Amazon requires main images to show the product on a pure white background, with no added text, logos or watermarks, and the product filling most of the frame. Requirements vary by category and change over time, so we check Amazon's current guidelines for your category before every shoot.

What size should Shopify product photos be?

Shopify handles large images well, and many themes look best with square photos. The most important thing is consistency: every product should use the same aspect ratio so collection pages line up. We match your theme's layout and deliver high-resolution files that stay sharp when shoppers zoom.

How many photos does each product need?

Enough to answer the main buyer questions, which usually means a main image, a few angles, detail shots, a scale shot and at least one lifestyle image. Simple products need fewer. Products with sizes, colors or features people ask about need more.

Can I ship products to you instead of meeting in person?

Yes. Send them to us with notes on anything that needs special attention, and we'll ship them back after the shoot. Larger or fragile items may be easier to photograph at your location, which we can plan too.

Give buyers fewer reasons to hesitate

Send us a product list and your sales channels, and we'll plan an image set for each one.
