Learn moreMost ad accounts are busy, not profitable
Here's what we usually see when we open an account for the first time. Broad keywords pulling in junk searches. Performance Max eating budget with no visibility into where. Conversion tracking that counts page views as leads. A monthly report full of impressions and click-through rates that never answers the only question you care about: did this make us money?
None of that is because ad platforms are bad. It's because they're built to spend. Left on autopilot, they'll happily find more ways to use your budget. Someone has to steer, and steering takes time most owners and marketing managers don't have. So the account drifts, costs creep up, and ads start to feel like a tax instead of a growth channel.
The fix isn't a clever hack. It's fundamentals done every week: clean tracking, tight targeting, good offers, and decisions based on profit instead of platform metrics.
How we run paid media
We start with the math. What's a customer worth to you? What can you afford to pay to get one? Once we know that, every campaign has a target, and every change we make has a reason. We'd rather run a smaller account that makes money than a big one that looks impressive in a dashboard.
Then we put in the hours. Paid search rewards the people who show up every week to read search terms, cut waste, test ads and move budget toward what's working. That's the job, and we don't skip it.
Profit first
We set targets from your margins and customer value, then judge every campaign against them. Cheap clicks that don't turn into revenue don't count as wins.
Tracking you can trust
We check that conversions, values and offline sales are recorded correctly before we scale anything. Bad data makes smart bidding dumb.
Weekly hands-on work
Search term reviews, negatives, bid and budget shifts, ad tests. Small, steady improvements compound over months.

FAQ
Questions we get a lot
Which platforms do you manage?
Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube and Display), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft Advertising. We recommend the mix based on where your buyers are and what your budget can support, not on running everything at once.
How much should I spend on ads?
Enough to get meaningful data, and no more than your numbers say you can afford. We work it out from your customer value, margins and how competitive your market is. If the math doesn't work yet, we'll tell you that before you spend.
How soon will I see results?
Waste cuts and tracking fixes often show up within the first few weeks. Bigger gains come from testing and letting smart bidding learn on clean data, which takes a few months. Anyone promising instant results is guessing.
Do I keep ownership of my ad accounts?
Yes. Your accounts, your data, your history. We work inside accounts you own, so if we ever part ways, everything stays with you.
