Tracking and analytics

Tracking you can trust, so your ads chase real sales

We set up GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking so Google, Meta and your reports all count the same sales and leads. Then your budget follows what actually pays.

Bad data quietly burns ad budget

Most tracking setups weren't built. They piled up. A plugin added one tag, an agency added another, someone pasted a pixel in the footer three years ago. Now GA4 says 40 leads, Google Ads says 65, your CRM says 22, and nobody knows which number to believe.

That's more than an annoying report. Google Ads and Meta bid based on the conversions you send them. If you count newsletter signups, duplicate form fires or page views as conversions, the algorithms get very good at finding more of those. You pay for clicks that look great in the dashboard and never turn into revenue.

Privacy changes make it harder. Browsers block more cookies, ad blockers strip tags, and consent rules limit what you can collect. A setup that worked fine a few years ago can be missing a real share of your conversions today without throwing a single error.

How we fix it

We start from the business, not the tags. What counts as a real lead or sale for you? Where does that event actually happen: a checkout, a form, a phone call, a deal marked won in your CRM? Once that's clear, we build the tracking to measure exactly those moments and send them to every platform the same way.

Everything goes through Google Tag Manager with clear naming and documentation, so the next person who touches it (including you) can see what fires and why.

01

One definition of a conversion

We agree on what a lead and a sale mean, then make GA4, Google Ads and Meta count them identically.

02

Send ad platforms better signals

Enhanced conversions, Conversions API and CRM imports let the algorithms optimize toward revenue, not clicks.

03

Built to survive privacy changes

Consent Mode and server-side tagging keep measurement working as browsers and regulations tighten.

04

Reports people actually use

Dashboards that answer the questions your team asks every week, pulled from data you've verified.

How it works

From first call to results

  1. 01

    Audit

We inspect every tag, event and conversion action and compare platform numbers against your real orders or CRM records.

  2. 02

    Plan

We write a conversion map that defines each event, where it fires and which platforms receive it.

  3. 03

    Build and test

We implement in GTM and GA4, then test every conversion in preview and live before switching ad bidding over.

  4. 04

    Report and hand off

We deliver a dashboard and documentation so your team knows what's tracked and how to keep it clean.

Who this is for

  • Companies spending real money on Google or Meta ads and unsure the conversion data is right
  • Ecommerce stores whose ad platform revenue doesn't match Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Lead-gen businesses that close deals offline or in a CRM
  • Teams that inherited a messy GTM container and want it cleaned up

FAQ

Questions we get a lot

Why don't GA4, Google Ads and my CRM show the same numbers?

Each platform counts differently. Attribution models, time windows, duplicate tags and blocked cookies all create gaps. Some difference is normal. Our job is to remove the avoidable gaps and explain the rest, so you know which number to use for which decision.

Do you need access to our website?

Usually we need publish access to Google Tag Manager plus admin access to GA4 and the ad accounts. If GTM isn't installed yet, someone with site access adds one snippet, or we do it with your permission. We don't need to rebuild your site.

Will this change how our ad campaigns perform?

It can. When ad platforms start receiving cleaner conversions, bidding adjusts to the new signal. We plan the switch carefully, often running new conversions as secondary first, so campaigns don't swing while the data settles.

Can you work with our existing agency or developer?

Yes. We can own tracking while another team runs ads or the website. We document everything we build so everyone works from the same setup.
