Marketing dashboards

One dashboard that answers the questions you ask

We build Looker Studio and GA4 dashboards that pull spend, leads and revenue into one view, built on tracking we've checked first.

Reporting takes too long and says too little

Somebody on your team probably spends hours each month logging into Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and the CRM, copying numbers into a spreadsheet, and formatting a report that's already out of date when it's sent.

Or you have a dashboard, but it's 14 pages of charts nobody reads. It shows sessions, bounce rate and impressions, while the questions you actually have go unanswered. How much did we spend last month? How many qualified leads did we get? What did each one cost? Which channel brought in the sales?

The worst version is a polished dashboard built on broken tracking. It looks authoritative, so people make decisions from it, and the numbers are wrong.

How we build dashboards

We start with the decisions the dashboard should support, then work backward to the few numbers that matter. Before we build anything, we check that the underlying tracking is accurate. A dashboard is only as good as the data under it.

Most of our dashboards use Looker Studio, Google's free reporting tool, connected to GA4, Google Ads, Search Console and other sources. For data that needs combining or cleaning first, we use Google Sheets or BigQuery as a staging layer.

01

Start with questions

We list the questions leadership and the marketing team ask each week, and every chart has to answer one of them.

02

Spend next to results

Ad spend, leads, sales and cost per result sit side by side, by channel and campaign.

03

Verified data sources

We reconcile dashboard numbers against platform and CRM totals before anyone relies on them.

04

Built for different readers

A one-page summary for owners and deeper pages for the people running campaigns.

How it works

From first call to results

  1. 01

    Define the questions

We meet with the people who'll use the dashboard and agree on the metrics and breakdowns it needs to show.

  2. 02

    Check the sources

We confirm that GA4, ad platforms and the CRM are reporting accurately, and fix or flag anything that isn't.

  3. 03

    Build the dashboard

We connect the sources in Looker Studio and design a summary page plus detail pages for each channel.

  4. 04

    Review and train

We walk your team through it, adjust based on feedback and document what each metric means.

Who this is for

  • Owners who want one place to see marketing spend and results
  • Marketing teams tired of building monthly reports by hand
  • Companies running ads on several platforms at once
  • Businesses with dashboards nobody trusts or reads

FAQ

Questions we get a lot

Why Looker Studio instead of a paid tool?

Looker Studio is free, connects natively to Google's products, and is easy to share. For most small and mid-sized businesses it covers what they need. Some non-Google sources need a paid connector, and we'll tell you up front if your setup requires one.

Can the dashboard include data from our CRM?

Usually, yes. Depending on the CRM, we connect directly, use a connector, or bring data in through Google Sheets or BigQuery. That's how you get from cost per lead to cost per customer.

Will the dashboard update on its own?

Yes. Once connected, Looker Studio pulls fresh data from each source when the report loads or on a schedule. Data from manual uploads or spreadsheets only updates when that source does.

Why do the numbers differ from what we see in Google Ads?

Usually because of attribution, date ranges or time zones. GA4 and Google Ads can credit the same conversion differently. We label each metric with its source and explain the differences so nobody is surprised.
