X (Twitter) marketing

Join the conversation on X and be worth listening to

X moves fast and rewards people with something to say. We help your brand or executives post with a clear voice, stay on top of replies, and use X Ads where they make sense.

Most brand accounts on X talk to nobody

Plenty of companies keep an X account running out of habit. It posts links to blog articles and press releases, gets a few views, and nobody replies. That's not a failure of the platform. X is built around conversation, and accounts that only broadcast get ignored.

X also has a higher risk profile than most channels. Things move quickly, replies are public, and a careless post or a slow response to a complaint can spread before anyone at the company notices. Many brands either avoid the platform entirely or post so cautiously that nothing they say is interesting.

On the paid side, X Ads can reach specific interest groups and followers of particular accounts. But without clear goals and conversion tracking, campaigns end up buying engagement that never turns into anything you can measure.

Have a point of view, show up in the right threads

We decide early what your account is for. It might be industry commentary from a founder, real-time updates during events, customer support, or reaching a niche audience that gathers on X. Then we write in a voice that sounds like a person, engage in conversations that matter to your buyers, and keep a close watch on mentions.

01

A clear role for the account

We define whether X is for thought leadership, news, support or community, so every post has a reason to exist.

02

Replies count as much as posts

We spend real time responding to others in your industry, which is often how new people find an account on X.

03

Guardrails for speed

We agree on topics, tone and approval rules up front, so we can post quickly without putting the brand at risk.

04

Paid only where it fits

We recommend X Ads when your audience is clearly active there and the goal can be tracked with the X Pixel.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot

Is X still worth it for business?

It depends on your audience. For some industries, the people who shape opinions and buying decisions are still very active on X. For others, they've moved elsewhere. We'll check whether your buyers and peers are there before recommending it.

Should we post from the company account or from people?

Often both, with different jobs. The company account handles news, support and official updates. Founders and experts can post opinions and commentary that a brand account usually can't. Individual accounts tend to get more engagement.

How do you handle negative replies?

We agree on a response plan before anything happens. Simple complaints get a quick public reply and a move to private messages. Serious issues go straight to you. We don't argue with people in public on your behalf.

What can X Ads target?

X Ads can target by keywords people use, interests, and audiences similar to the followers of accounts you choose, along with location and language. You can also retarget website visitors once the X Pixel is installed.

How often should we post on X?

More often than on most platforms, because the feed moves quickly. A few posts a day plus replies is common for active accounts. We'd still rather post fewer good ones than fill the feed with filler.
