Small business websites

A Website That Gets You Calls, Not Compliments

We design and build fast, clear websites for local businesses. The goal is simple: help visitors understand what you do, trust you, and contact you in a few taps.

Pretty isn't the problem. Unclear is.

A lot of small business sites look fine and still don't produce much. Visitors land on a phone, wait for a slow page, scroll past a stock photo slider and can't find the phone number or a list of services. They hit back and call the next business.

Other sites were built by a friend or a cheap template years ago. Nobody knows the login, every edit costs money, and there's no way to tell whether the site brings in any customers at all.

Your website doesn't need to win design awards. It needs to load fast, answer the obvious questions and make the next step easy.

We build for the customer holding a phone

Most local visitors arrive on mobile, often from Google or your Business Profile, and they want to know three things: do you do this, are you any good, and how do I reach you. Every page we build answers those questions quickly.

We build on platforms you can actually manage, and we set up tracking from day one so you can see calls and form submissions coming from the site.

01

Clear structure

A dedicated page for each core service, plus pages for your area, about, reviews and contact, so both people and search engines know what you offer.

02

Copy that sells plainly

We write in your customers' language, lead with what they get and put prices, process or booking info where it helps.

03

Fast and mobile-first

Lightweight pages, compressed images and tap-to-call buttons that stay visible on small screens.

04

Built to be found

Local SEO basics, schema markup and analytics are part of the build, not an add-on later.

How it works

From first call to results

  1. 01

    Plan the pages

We agree on your services, customers and goals, then map out each page and what it needs to do.

  2. 02

    Write and design

We draft the copy and design together so the message drives the layout, not the other way around.

  3. 03

    Build and test

We build the site, check speed and mobile layouts, and test every form, button and tracking event.

  4. 04

    Launch and hand off

We launch with redirects in place, confirm tracking works and show you how to keep the site current.

Who this is for

  • Businesses with an outdated, slow or hard-to-edit site
  • New businesses that need a solid site from the start
  • Restaurants that need menus, hours and ordering links easy to find
  • Service businesses that want more calls and quote requests

FAQ

Questions we get a lot

Which platform do you build on?

It depends on what you need and who will maintain it. We commonly work with WordPress and hosted builders, and we'll recommend whatever gives you the right balance of control, cost and ease of editing.

Will a new website hurt my Google rankings?

It can if old pages vanish without redirects. We map your existing URLs and redirect them to the new pages so you keep the visibility you've already earned.

Do you write the content?

Yes. We interview you about your services and customers, then write the copy. You review and approve everything before launch.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. We set up the site so you can change hours, text, photos and simple pages on your own, and we show you how. Bigger changes we can handle for you.
