Google Business Profile
Turn Your Google Profile Into Your Best Salesperson
Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing a local customer sees. We set it up properly, keep it current and make it easy for people to call, book or get directions.
Your profile is doing a job, whether you manage it or not
For a lot of searches, people never reach your website. They see your profile in Google Search or Maps, glance at the photos, rating and hours, and then call or move on. That profile is your storefront for many first impressions.
Most profiles we see were claimed once and then left alone. The primary category is too broad. Services aren't listed. Photos are old or missing. Hours are wrong on holidays. Questions sit unanswered, and anyone can suggest edits to your listing. None of that is dramatic, but each gap gives a competitor an easier win.
The good news: this is one of the cheapest, fastest areas to improve. It doesn't need a big budget. It needs someone paying attention.
We treat your profile like a landing page
We start by checking the basics that affect whether you show up at all: business name, address or service area, categories and verification status. Then we work on what affects whether people choose you once you do show up.
Categories and services
The primary category is one of the strongest signals for which searches you appear in. We pick it carefully and list the specific services you want to be found for.
Accurate, consistent details
Name, address, phone, hours and website need to match everywhere. We clean up your profile and the main directories that feed Google.
Photos and posts
Real photos of your space, team and work help people decide. We set up a simple routine for fresh photos and regular posts.
Watching for changes
Google and the public can change your listing. We monitor for edits, wrong info and policy issues so problems get caught early.

Questions we get a lot
Can you guarantee I'll show up in the top three on the map?
No one honestly can. Map rankings depend on relevance, distance from the searcher and prominence, and distance is outside anyone's control. What we can do is make sure your profile is as strong and accurate as possible so you compete on even ground.
Should I use a keyword-stuffed business name?
No. Adding keywords to your business name goes against Google's guidelines and can get your profile suspended. Your name on Google should match the name you use in the real world.
I don't have a storefront. Can I still have a profile?
Yes. Service-area businesses like plumbers or cleaners can hide their address and list the areas they serve instead. We set that up correctly so you stay within Google's rules.
How often should the profile be updated?
Core details only change when your business does. Photos and posts work best on a steady rhythm, such as a few times a month. The bigger risk is ignoring it and missing incorrect edits or unanswered questions.
