Photos show rooms. Buyers want to know how it flows

Listing photos are great at showing a room. They're bad at showing how the rooms connect. Buyers scrolling listings want to know what you see when you walk in, how the kitchen relates to the living space, and whether that third bedroom is really a bedroom. When they can't tell, they either book a showing that wastes everyone's time or skip the listing entirely.

A lot of listing video doesn't help much either. It's a slow, shaky phone walkthrough, or a glossy montage set to music that's so cut up you still can't tell the layout. Neither one answers the buyer's actual questions.

Then there's the agent side. Sellers pick agents they trust, and trust is hard to build from a headshot and a bio. Your listings are on the same portals as everyone else's. The agents people remember are the ones who show up on video, consistently, in a way that feels like a real person.

We film the home the way a buyer would walk it

For listings, we plan a route through the home that follows the natural flow: arrival, main living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, outdoor space. Smooth, steady movement, enough time in each space to understand it, and clean transitions between them. We also capture the details that sell a home, like light in the morning or a well-designed mudroom, without letting them hide the layout.

For agents, we make intro and market videos that sound like you. We'll help you figure out what to say, keep it short, and film it so you can use it on your site, your listings and your social accounts. Every shoot also produces vertical cuts, because that's where a lot of buyers and sellers are spending their scrolling time.

01

Layout-first walkthroughs

We move through the home in a logical order so buyers come away understanding how it fits together, not just how it looks.

02

Accurate, not inflated

We show the home well but honestly, with no tricks that make rooms feel bigger than they are and set up disappointing showings.

03

Agent on camera

Short intro and listing-host segments help sellers and buyers get to know you before they ever call.

04

Vertical cuts built in

Every listing shoot produces short 9:16 clips for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, ready to post the day it goes live.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot

How should the home be prepared for video?

The same as for great photos, plus a little more. Video sees more of each room, so clear counters, tidy closets that might be opened, and put away cords, pet items and personal photos. We send a checklist ahead of time so the seller knows exactly what to do.

Can we use the video on the MLS?

Many MLS systems accept a video or virtual tour link, but rules vary, and some require an unbranded version with no agent names or contact info. Tell us which MLS and portals you use, and we'll deliver the versions you need to stay within their rules.

I'm not comfortable on camera. Do I have to be in it?

No. Listing walkthroughs work fine without you. But if you want to build your personal brand, we make it easy: short lines, multiple takes, and coaching on set. Most agents loosen up after the first couple of minutes.

Do you include aerial footage?

Aerials can help show lot size, location and surroundings, but they come with airspace and licensing rules. We'll talk through whether aerial footage makes sense for the property and how it would be handled before we plan the shoot, rather than promising it by default.
