Email marketing
Email that lands in the inbox and gets read
We fix the technical setup that decides whether your email gets delivered, then build segments and campaigns worth opening.
Good email doesn't matter if it lands in spam
A lot of email problems look like content problems but aren't. Open rates slide, replies dry up, and the team rewrites subject lines. Meanwhile the real issue is that a growing share of messages goes straight to spam or gets rejected outright.
Mailbox providers like Gmail and Yahoo now expect bulk senders to authenticate their mail with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, make unsubscribing easy and keep spam complaints low. Plenty of companies set up their marketing platform years ago and never revisited their DNS. Others send from a domain that was never warmed up, or keep mailing old addresses that bounce.
Then there's the content side. One newsletter sent to everyone. Promotions to people who bought last week. Long emails with no clear next step. Even when it gets delivered, it doesn't get acted on.
How we fix email
We work from the bottom up. First the domain and authentication, then the list, then the segments and the messages. Each layer depends on the one beneath it.
Authenticate the domain
We set up or correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC for every service that sends as your domain, including your marketing platform and CRM.
Clean the list
We suppress hard bounces, long-unengaged contacts and risky addresses so your sending reputation stops taking hits.
Segment by behavior and stage
Customers, active leads and cold contacts get different messages at different frequencies.
Write for a next step
Every campaign has one clear action. Short, specific, and written like a person sent it.

Questions we get a lot
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
They're DNS records that prove an email really came from your domain. SPF lists which servers may send for you, DKIM adds a signature that can't be forged, and DMARC tells mailbox providers what to do when a message fails those checks. Without them, more of your mail gets filtered or rejected.
Will changing DNS records affect our regular company email?
It can if it's done carelessly, which is why we inventory every service that sends as your domain before touching anything. DMARC gets rolled out in monitoring mode first, so we can see what would fail before enforcing anything.
Should we delete inactive contacts?
Usually you should stop mailing them, at least. Contacts who haven't opened or clicked in a long time drag down engagement signals and can include abandoned addresses. We set a sunset rule with a last re-engagement attempt before suppression.
Which email platforms do you work with?
Mostly HubSpot and Salesforce Account Engagement, since that's where B2B email and lead management tend to live. The authentication and list hygiene work applies to any platform that sends as your domain.
